• We do not offer payment plans. If anyone requests payment claiming to be HolydaySafari, do not pay and report it to us immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized third-party payment requests.

3. Verified vs. Unverified Agencies

• Listings may be marked as "Verified" if our team has conducted an on-site verification of the agency’s location and basic credentials.
• “Unverified” listings have not been physically verified by us.
• Even for verified agencies, we recommend contacting the agency directly and performing your own checks (review social media, ask for references, verify license and local presence) before making any payments.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when contacting agencies or using site features.
• You must not misuse the website, post fraudulent content, or attempt to compromise the site’s security.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of listings, prices, or availability.
• HolydaySafari is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions with third-party travel agencies or their services.
• Any purchases or agreements you make directly with third parties are between you and that party.

6. Safety & Fraud Prevention (Important)

• We will never ask you for OTPs, passwords, bank details, or other sensitive credentials.
• If you receive calls or messages asking for such information, do not share it. Report suspicious communications to hello@holydaysafari.com
• Always meet agencies in person if possible, verify identity and documentation, and use trusted payment methods.
